Walk Wheel Cycle Network Meeting

March 12th 2026

Walk Wheel Cycle Trust are working with Cornwall Council and Torpoint Town Council to produce a Local Cycling and Walking Infrastructure Plan for Torpoint, Rame Peninsula and St Germans. In November 2025, they ran a series of engagement events with local people to understand the barriers that people face to walking, wheeling and cycling in the area and where there may be opportunities for improvements or missing routes to local destinations. From Friday 27 March to Sunday 29 of March, they will be running a series of in-person events to present the network of routes based on what you suggested as well as our own analysis of the area. We will ask residents and stakeholders to help us prioritise the routes that the LCWIP should focus on. They invite you to come along to one of these events and share your thoughts, or use the online version of the event which can be found on our website or via the QR code on the flyer or poster attached. Please note, the online mapping tool is currently closed but will open shortly. We would also appreciate it if you could help us to spread the word by sharing the attached poster and/or social media post.
